1. Introduction
Partner ("we", "us", "our") is operated by ArhamSecure as a partner platform for insurance agents to onboard, manage policies, track commissions, complete training, and receive notifications related to their agency work. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Partner app and website, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.
By creating an account or using Partner, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account & Identity Information
When you register as a partner/agent, we collect:
- Full name, mobile number, and email address
- Password (stored in encrypted/hashed form — we never store your password in plain text)
- Date of birth, gender, and educational qualification
- Mobile number verification via one-time password (OTP), processed through Firebase Authentication
2.2 Government-Issued Identifiers & KYC Documents
To complete regulatory KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements for insurance agent onboarding, we collect:
- PAN (Permanent Account Number)
- Scanned copies of KYC identity documents you upload during onboarding (including your Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a cancelled cheque), stored as document files for verification purposes
We do not extract, parse, or store your Aadhaar number as a separate, searchable data field. Uploaded identity documents are used solely to satisfy insurer and regulatory onboarding requirements and are never used for any purpose beyond agent identity verification and compliance record-keeping.

- Beneficiary name for commission and advance payouts
- Nominee name and relationship
- GST registration status and GST number, where applicable
2.5 Professional & Agency Information
- Agent type and unique agent code
- Date of joining and onboarding status
- Policy, case, and renewal records you create or manage through the platform

- Training module progress, quiz attempts, and completion records
2.6 Device & Push Notification Data
If you enable notifications, we collect a device or browser push token (issued by Firebase Cloud Messaging) along with the platform type (Android or web), so we can deliver notifications such as renewal reminders, training reminders, and commission updates. You can disable notifications at any time from your device or browser settings.
2.7 Usage Data
We may collect standard technical data such as app version, device type, and general usage logs to help us maintain and improve the platform.

- To deliver required training and track certification compliance
- To send transactional and reminder notifications (renewals, training deadlines, payouts)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your PAN, Aadhaar, or banking details for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information only where necessary, including with:
- Insurance partners/underwriters — to process policies and cases you submit on their behalf
- Service providers — such as Firebase/Google (authentication, push notifications, and infrastructure hosting) and our database/hosting providers, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations

- Successors — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of our business, subject to continued protection of your information
5. Data Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted storage of passwords and sensitive identifiers, access controls restricting who within our organization can view your data, and secure transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all data sent to and from the app. No system is completely secure, and we continuously work to improve our safeguards.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your agent account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations common in the insurance industry. You may request deletion of your account as described below, subject to any retention required by law or ongoing regulatory obligations.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you have the right to:

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of Partner after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
